Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is my considerate and literal 7 year old. It is amazing how she seems to have a great imagination, but everything must be by the book. Although, she loves creating stories and houses and toys for her toys at school, while she should be listening to her teacher or doing her seat work. She does seem to be doing well at school, but likes to rush through things, so she can move on to other things that she is more interested in doing.

Kaitlyn is always reading books when she has some free time. She also loves to play on our Wii. She just starting taking tennis lessons again and seems to be enjoying them, but I am not sure if it is the lessons or the new friend that she likes more. Kaitlyn also has her heart set on getting another American Girl doll. She has decided she wants Elizabeth, who is Felicity's friend. We have been trying so hard to get her to change to Felicity since there are more clothes and books with her, but it is to no avail. So once Kaitlyn gets her heart set on something, she is determined.

Kaitlyn loves her sisters, but also enjoys her own time. She seems to play favorites depending on what she wants. Kaitlyn will be so nice to Lauren if she wants to play with her, and they do play well together. Once she has gotten what she wanted, then it is on to Alexa. Kaitlyn never wants to sit next to Lauren at the dinner table or in the car. I guess this is what I was like with my sisters, so it is interesting to watch.

Kaitlyn has gotten to be friends with a bunch of new girls at her new school. Here is a picture of her with 2 of her friends who spent the night just after Christmas.
