The girls were so excited the whole day and couldn't wait for Santa to come. They also couldn't be bothered by church, so Kaitlyn and Lauren were horrible there. Not very much fun, but hopefully, each year will get better. Alexa was a doll there, except for the 2 times she was pushed down and bumped her head. Not very much fun for her, but at least we had 1 saving grace.
Afterwards, we had a wonderful dinner with Mimi and their aunt Katherine. The girls were each allowed to open one present that night, which was book, just like my family all got when we lived in Delaware. Not much else going on that night. The girls all went to bed pretty well since they were tired, but also so excited to wake up the next morning.
Even though the 2 girls were horrible, they all did look kind of cute in their adorable Christmas dresses from Nana and Papa.

I just wanted to add that Kaitlyn actually heard Santa and his reindeer "land" AND "take off" on Christmas Eve night. She told us this in the morning. It was very cool.
