Christmas

Christmas morning was lots of fun. Kaitlyn was so excited to go downstairs, but she waited for all of us to get ready. Maybe next year will be when her and Lauren run downstairs without us knowing. Kaitlyn loved everything, especially Julie's new bed, clothes and wardrobe closet. Lauren was a little overwhelmed and just seemed to follow Kaitlyn's lead. We had to point out her presents and then she got more excited. Lauren seemed to like everyone's presents, but her own. Alexa's toys were taken out of the boxes first, so Lauren was playing with all of them, not that there were that many of them.

Later on, Lauren was playing with Kaitlyn's Leapster and new games, while Kaitlyn was playing with Lauren's Light Bright. It is so funny how that all works out.

After lunch, we headed over to Bill's sister's house. The girls loved getting more presents. Lauren especially loved her new Hannah Montana radio, as she thought she was so cool. Kaitlyn kept asking everyone to play Twister with her. I guess her cousins were too cool to play since her mommy and daddy kept getting roped into playing. Aunt Katherine did play once with her as well.

It was a very long day, but everyone seemed to have a great day.
